Heart of Eden Farmyard Manure – Application Rate
Soil Improvement: Spread to a depth of 5cm (2”) or up to 10cm (4”) for heavy or chalky soils. Apply at least one month before planting.
Beds & Borders: Apply a 2.5–5cm (1–2”) layer, then work into the existing soil, ideally one month before planting.
Mulching: Use as a mulch with a 5cm (2”) layer; a weed membrane may be used if desired.
